How does the billing period work for subscribed tenants?

Choose monthly billing at the $99 promo rate (regular $199) or lock in the yearly plan at $999 (regular $1999). Monthly plans renew every 30 days, yearly plans renew every 12 months, and downgrades take effect after the current window so access runs through the full term.

How long can my surtitle deployments stay live?

Free deployments remain live for up to 7 days; subscribed deployments can run up to 30 days. Downgrades respect the current deployment's expiry before applying new limits.

Can I top up credits beyond the weekly allocation?

Yes. Paid wallets hold one-time purchases and retain their balance across resets. All AI jobs spend free credits first, then draw from the paid wallet.

Is the welcome credit only for subscribers?

No. The welcome credit is granted to every new account so teams can validate their workflow before choosing a tier.

How do credits map to tokens?

We meter AI usage in credits where 1 credit equals 1,000 tokens. Weekly allowances and top-ups in this page already use credit units.
